Exchange Policy
14-Day Exchange Window
We want you and your little ones to love every purchase! If you need a different size, color, or item, you may exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
How to Exchange
- Contact us at info@littlecupids.eu with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for or reach out on our social media chat for a more immediate response!!
- We'll confirm availability and provide exchange instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging when possible
- Ship the return using a trackable method (you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective)
Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll ship your replacement within 2-3 business days. If there's a price difference, we'll contact you to arrange payment or issue a store credit.
Items Must Be
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
- Underwear, swimwear, or items marked as final sale
- Items without original tags or in worn/washed condition
- Personalized or custom-made items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
